Noah Winkles
President
Noah Winkles was born and raised in Santa Maria. He graduated from Righetti High School and graduated with a Economics and Business Degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Noah has worked on and off New Life since he was a kid but has been manager since 2008 and the owner since 2020.
He has been married for 13 years to his amazing wife Vanessa and has one son, Jack and two daughters, Eva and Layla. Outside of work, Noah enjoys hanging out with his family, golfing, barbecuing and watching sports.

Paul Piacentini
General Manager and Estimator
Paul Piacentini started in the construction trade as a tile contractor in Santa Barbara where he owned and operated his own business for over 28 years.
In 2010 Paul and his family relocated to the Santa Maria valley and shortly thereafter he joined the New Life team as General Manager and Project Estimator in the Bath and Kitchen department.
When Paul’s not out in the field meeting with clients, he enjoys fishing, camping and the great outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his extended and very large family.
Karlie Crawford
Designer
Karlie was born in Mexico City, Mexico. At a young age, she and her family moved to Veracruz, Ver. where she attended a bilingual school to learn English and developed a passion for American culture.
After graduating from high school, Karlie and her family moved to Tampico, Tams. Due to Karlie's passion for creating and innovating, she decided to attend the "Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas" where she graduated with an Interior Design degree in 2011.
She and her husband have been married since 2014 and have two young kids. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as dancing classical ballet and singing.
Karlie started working at New Life Bath & Kitchen in 2016 and completed training for 20-20 cabinet design software shortly after.
David Lees
Foreman
David Lees has lived in Santa Maria for thirty-eight years and attended local Righetti High School. In his previous twenty-year employment, he managed more than 100 people. With Dave’s many years of experience in carpentry, he has formed a passion for home remodeling and finish work. He completes every one of his jobs with precision and perfection. Dave has built several custom residential homes from the ground up.
He has been married for 35 years and has two sons who are 22 and 26 years old. Outside of work, Dave enjoys hiking, site-seeing and biking. He attends church, participates in church activities, and enjoys spending time with his family. New Life Bath & Kitchen feels privileged to have such an outstanding and valued craftsman with David’s skill and motivation.

Wayne Schoefield
Lead Installer
Wayne Schofield grew up in the small town charm of Lompoc; where he learned the value of hard work, pride in the quality of work and simplicity of generosity. He started his journey of construction as a tile setter. His growing ambition and eagerness to learn new traits and skills allowed him to gain 24 years in all aspects of construction. Wayne has mastered tile like a form of art while also having experience in completing a home from framing to final inspection of new construction and remodels of residential and commercial buildings.
Wayne enjoys living with his wife of six years in Santa Maria. He recently celebrated the birth of his son who is now four month old. Outside of work Wayne enjoys being with his family sharing in their milestones and get-togethers with a barbecue in the backyard. Most of his time is spent learning the new journey of being a dad. Wayne joined the New Life Team in 2019. Every job is completed with a great sense of pride, precision and ingenuity allowing for an amazing finished product. New Life is grateful to have Wayne who provides a great service to our customers.
Mike Brewer
Foreman
Mike Brewer has lived on the Central Coast for thirty-five years. He attended Arroyo Grande High School and graduated in 2004. He has twelve years of experience in custom tile work and doing high-end homes from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara. He also has six years of experience in bathroom and kitchen remodels. He completes each of his jobs with accuracy and integrity. He has worked with New Life for the last two years.
He has been married for two years and has three kids, ages fourteen, seven and five. He also has a Husky that is two years old. Mike enjoys going on hikes and spending time with his family.
